Quotes & estimates
Any quote or estimate provided is non-binding until you sign a written repair authorization. Photo-based estimates are preliminary; the final price is set after an in-person inspection of the vehicle at our Plano shop.
Insurance handling
We work with — but are not affiliated with — your insurance carrier. Final claim approval rests with your insurer. We will file paperwork and supplements directly with your adjuster when you authorize us in writing, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome from the insurance company.
Lifetime warranty
Our written lifetime warranty covers the specific panels we repair against PDR-related failure, for as long as you own the vehicle; it is not transferable to subsequent owners. It does not cover new damage, rust, pre-existing paint defects, or damage from a separate event. Warranty service is performed at our Plano shop or at an authorized partner facility.
Complimentary pickup, delivery, and rental
“Complimentary rental car” and “complimentary pickup & delivery” are offered on insurance-approved hail repairs only. They are not included with door-ding, crease, lease-return, or other out-of-pocket paintless dent repair work, and they are available to active customers with vehicles in our shop, subject to availability and reasonable use. Same-day pickup depends on driver and loaner availability and is generally offered within a 50-mile radius of our Plano facility.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle we determine cannot be safely or correctly repaired using paintless dent repair, in which case we will recommend qualified body shops in the DFW area at no obligation.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
