The workmanship on the paintless dent repair we performed, for as long as you own the vehicle. If a dent we repaired reappears — the metal relaxing back toward its old shape — we put it right at no charge.
New damage. If the same panel takes hail again, that is a new event and a new repair — usually a new insurance claim too. Rust, previous repairs by someone else, damage from an accident, and normal wear are outside it. Where a panel had to be refinished rather than pushed, the paint carries the refinisher's warranty rather than this one.
The warranty applies while you own the vehicle. It does not transfer to the next owner when you sell it. We would rather say that plainly than let you discover it at a trade-in.

Paintless dent repair does not add anything to the vehicle. There is no filler to shrink and no paint to fade differently from the panel beside it, so a repair that was done properly has very little left to go wrong. That is also why we sign every vehicle off under reflection lighting before it leaves — the warranty is cheap to offer only if the work is right the first time.
